Delhi - India's Capital

This may be pretty long but I hope you read it.

During the summer of 2008 my family and me packed our bags for Delhi. It was a tour called The Triangle Tour because we went to Delhi ,Agra and Jaipur. If you look at these places on the map they are in the form of a triangle. Good name right??? The fun starts now....

We left in the afternoon and got on a train to take us to Delhi. It was 24 hour trip from Goa to Delhi. I was pretty exited. It was the first time I had been there. He train trip was fun. Only problem was sleep. I was not so used to travelling by train at that time. But I finally fell a sleep on the top deck.

We were at Delhi station the next day on the next day at about 6pm. The train had a delay of about 3 houres. This was the first thing that really irritated me.

Finally we were there at a not so good hotel called Sunrise. We had to ot to have Lunch and dinner. That day was not much everyone. When we reached there we just took a bath and rested. At night we walked and finally found a good restaurant, had a god meal and went backto the hotel to get some sleep.

We were about 11 of us so we had a small bus to take us where we wanted. The first thing we did in the morning is we had our breakfast ans left for a temple. I actually forgot what it was called. It was not so bad. Then we went to the Red Fort, Then to some Ghandi memorialand then finally to the Qutub Minar. It was great fun. We had cool limbu soda and refreshed our selves after the trip. And within no time it was night and we were back to the hotel. Oh and i forgot to mension that we had gone for shopping also.

Next day we et up and leave for Agra. Ill describe that in my next post. Thanx for reading.
